Our farm has been in the Niedfeldt family since 1906. We are certified organic through the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA). We grow vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers, and sell wild crops (harvested on our land) such as morel mushrooms, hickory nuts, and blackberries. Our vegetable selection includes standards such as carrots, broccoli, lettuce, squash, and tomatoes to less common items including okra, tomatillos burdock roots, brussel sprouts, ground cherries, plus many others. Available fruit varieties include apples, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, pears, and plums. We sell our produce weekly at the Cameron Park Market in La Crosse (5th St & King). Direct orders are always welcome, and order sheets are available weekly on-line. We also have a Community Supported Agricutlure (CSA) program available to those wishing to support our farm through a weekly subscription program. Drop-off points for our CSA and direct order are at our farm (Bangor), in La Crosse, Holmen, and in Black River Falls. Please call to visit our farm.

This is my first year to participate in any CSA. I selected Old Oak Family Farm because they are certified organic, have a convenient pick up time and location (at the Farmer's Market we regularly go to anyway), and presented themselves that felt both professional and like the "farmer down the road."We have been pleased beyond belief. The produce has been phenomenal, and Kyle provides a newsletter listing what items are in each box and some recipe ideas as well. Everyone we have dealt with when they are at the Farmer's Market or at the farm have been super friendly and wonderful to talk to. I am SO happy I decided to join this year! I feel good eating local fresh produce, and look forward to doing this yearly.
