Two Pony Gardens' heirloom varietals are amazing - I never knew tomatoes could have different flavors, from super sweet to sharp and snappy, their annual tomato-tasting is better than a wine tour (hint: there are no ponies at a wine tasting.)I splurged on several dahlias from Two Pony this year -- a few went as gifts, a few stayed with me, and they are all 4' tall and blooming profusely! Now I'm hooked! Next year, I'll get serious about Lisa's organic fertilizer, and then maybe they'll reach even higher. Yes, I need more of their dahlia plants, and heirloom tomatoes, definitely more tomatoes.Lisa is committed to sustainable farming practices, and to educating others - I am thankful for the delicious food they grow, and all of the great tips they've given us for growing our own!
